****************************************** THINKING ABOUT EMPLOYMENT? TRI has launched a two-part curriculum of Level I, soft skills employment seminars, called Successful Employment. Participants can take the seminars in succession or independently. The seminars are open to any persons with disabilities living in Dutchess County, and are designed to help individuals assess their personal competencies, recognize their capabilities, and appreciate their personal strengths. ****************************************** Repairs to Empire State Plaza Madison Avenue Concourse Elevator Entrance The Office of General Services will begin rehabilitating the main platform elevators this summer. The south Concourse elevator (Car 26) located at the Madison Ave entrance, which provides persons with disabilities access to the Empire State Plaza buildings, including the Concourse and Cultural Education Center/Museum, will be out of service while the renovation is taking place. Repairs are scheduled to begin Monday, July 26, 2010, with an estimated completion date of Monday, September 20, 2010. Please see their website and map for more details
