Description: Coordinating schedules between business
customers and Interpreters of American Sign Language or other interpretation needs. Must be familiar with or have knowledge of web-based scheduling technology,
excellent computer and telephone skills. Fluency in American Sign Language preferred.

Title: Mobile Benefits Counselor

Description: Provide benefits advisement on and off site to individuals with disabilities
who are reentering the job market, and to prepare them with understanding how their benefits will be affected. Must be familiar with SSA and DSS regulations and knowledgeable in SSI; SSDI; PASS; Medicare part A, B, D; Medicaid;
Medicaid Spend-down; and Medicaid Buy-In; as well as other entitlement programs.
Must have a valid NYS driver’s license and access to a vehicle to serve consumers at locations throughout the county.

Introduction to ASL

for those with little to no knowledge of ASL; open to ages 14 - adult

Advanced ASL

for those who have completed

ASL III or have conversational familiarity and want to improve fluency; open to ages 14 - adult

Mommies, Daddies & Babies

for babies and children 0 - 5

and their parents/caretakers

Kids

for children 6 and up;

discount for 2 or more children in the same immediate family
